Designed for use with watercolor, gouache, pen and ink, acrylics, and calligraphy, this Arches Aquarelle Watercolor Block is a versatile addition to your studio. The 300 lb cold-press paper is made from 100% cotton fibers, ensuring extra strength and stability. Mould-made and tub-sized in natural gelatin, the paper is acid free, chlorine free, and free of optical brighteners, maintaining a natural white color that will not yellow with age. The watercolor block design minimizes the need for stretching and features pre-stitched sheets glued on all four edges with a rigid backing for support. The top sheet can be easily separated using a knife, making this pad ideal for painting, drawing, and sketching with various mediums while preserving the intensity of watercolors.
