Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Office Elements offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select metro areas on orders placed before 10:00 AM local time

Free Shipping

Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This applies to all product categories except furniture items exceeding 150 lbs.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and select international destinations. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
  • Remote or limited-access locations
  • International destinations

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery (damaged items, missing packages, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Commercial Delivery Information

For commercial addresses, please provide:

  • Business name and department
  • Contact person and phone number
  • Delivery instructions (loading dock, freight elevator, etc.)
  • Business hours for delivery

Bulk Orders & Custom Shipping

For orders exceeding $5,000 or requiring special handling, please contact our business solutions team to arrange custom shipping options and potential discounts.
