Returns Policy

Return Period

Office Elements accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Special order items, custom configurations, and bulk orders may have different return periods as noted at the time of purchase.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided (order number, invoice, or receipt)
  • Furniture items must not be assembled (unless defective)
  • Electronics must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Software and digital products cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the license key is activated

Exceptions for Defective Products

Defective items can be returned at any time within the manufacturer warranty period for replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team with details about the defect and photos if possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom imprinted products
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items with opened hygiene seals
  • Consumable products that have been partially used

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone, email, or chat to initiate the return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent
  4. Include the RA# prominently on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item back using our prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a company credit or check at our discretion.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to:

  • Large furniture items
  • Special order products
  • Returns without original packaging
  • Bulk orders returned in partial quantities

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, Office Elements provides a prepaid return shipping label. For returns due to customer preference (not defects or errors on our part), the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection if required

Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for the same product in different colors or sizes. For different products, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure faster service.
