The VTech DECT 6.0 Expandable Corded Small Business Phone System Main Console (model CM18445) is designed to quickly establish a highly-functional communication setup for small businesses. Featuring DECT 6.0 wireless technology, this expandable phone system supports up to 10 total stations including additional cordless desksets and handsets (sold separately). It offers 1- to 4-line capability with power failure operation on all lines and lighted line indicators for easy management. The system includes caller ID and call waiting with memory for up to 50 callers, enabling convenient callbacks. An auto attendant on each line efficiently handles outside calls by providing a company directory and routing callers to appropriate extensions, while customizable music plays on hold. Additional features include Message Guard memory to protect messages during power outages, 4-way conferencing for group calls, 32 speed dial buttons for quick calls, and handset-to-handset communication through page, intercom, and call transfer options. Installation is straightforward, requiring only the main console to connect to analog phone lines.
